My goodness. I miss sleep. I think sleep misses me. We barely have any time together lately. We used to be together all the time. Going on adventures my sub-conscious mind makes up. Aaah. Fun times.

I think I'm going to Dairy Queen today. I got a "buy one get one free" 16oz (THAT'S A LARGE BLIZZARD, YO'!) Blizzard coupon for signing up at the Blizzard Fan Club (GUYS, JOIN. SERIOUSLY. BEST THING EVER.) and when Shannon wakes up we are going. I hope.

I got a Wii. And Wii Fit. It's fun.

I don't know. So bored. Wrote the BEST. STORY. EVER for English. It's award-worthy. I would say it's also "A" worthy, but I think my teacher will get mad at me for "writing like I talk". I'm SORRY I like to use words like "boss" and "dope" and "scandalicious" and say sentences like, "She wasn't havin' none of dat." If I read a book with those words in it, it would autiomatically become a better book. And do I really seem like a person who would use simpleton words like "great" and "wonderful" and "scandalous". NO. I NEED SOME EXCITEMENT. And I put Harry Potter and Aslan in my story for a teeny bit. He'll probably get made I didn't think of my own characters. BUT I DID, TOO!

Sleepy. I just want SHHHAAANNNNOOOONN to wake uppp so I can have some blizzard-y goodness!!

I sound high or something. Or mayhaps drunk. I am neither. Don't worry. Maybe I'm high on love. Except...I'm not. It could be sleep deprivation. Who knows?

I...don't really have a reason for posting. Just thought I should. There is an ad at the side of the page that is completely in Spanish. I CAN NOT READ THAT FOO'! How am I supposed to believe what you say when all you say is Spanish mess?

I had Coldstone yesterday. It was good. Not great. I had a birthday coupon (even though sssshh it wasn't my birthday sssshhhhhh) and I could only have one mix-in. I had cheesecake ice cream and Butterfinger. Not the best ice cream choice.

I'm going to go eat some rolls.

It has been FOREVS! Since right before summer ended. Such nice times. Without school, without stress...the good ol' days. When my stupid-ness was left in my mind and not on a little piece of paper in the shape of an "F"...*siigh*

I haven't done much since then. I re-read New Moon, or, read it, really. I was too disappointed that Edward left and too much of a Jacob-hater to read the book up until Alice came back the first time. Now I realize Edward is fruity and Jacob is kind of more preferable. So...
Now I'm reading "Shiver" which, to me, is very Twilight-y. Like, think of the story being all Bella and Jacob and Edward wasn't even a part of it. At all. I only checked it out because it's printed in BLUE INK and had to get me some of that.

I carved pumpkins yesterday! I carved it in the shape of Snow White! It looks...okay.

It's fall. I love fall. I love it, love it, love it! The colors are pretty, it smells beautiful! It's my favorite season! I hope it doesn't snow until mid-November because I want fall to last.

I'm taking drivers ed in a few weeks! I am sooooooooooooo excited! And Ainniecakes'll be in my class, so it'll be really fun! I can't wait to drive. Man. It'll be so much more convenient. I mean, I know I can't drive until July, but, I'll be able to drive with an adult in the car. Which...isn't that great, but, it's better.
I'm gonna have a pink car. SOMEDAY. I will. It is my goal to have a pink car before I die. I will! Even if I have to go get it panted! I shaaallll!!

So, A Great and Terrible Beauty  (AKA The Gemma Doyle Trilogy) are now my favorite books.

It took me all of summer to read them. Which it really shouldn't have. Only a month at the most. BUT I WAS LAZY, OKAY?
But, seriously, they are made of win. I quickly read the last two books this and last week. They are AMAZING. Although, I was CRYING at the end of The Sweet Far Thing. KARTIK, WHY? WHYYY????? I don't know if the fact that she dreams about him is supposed to make me feel better but it DON'T.
And IDK I wasn't really diggin' the whole Pip/Fee thing, but whatevs. Mostly because Pippa was a major creeper in that one (Ha, it sounds weird, but I felt like I needed to take a shower when I thought of her).
And I don't know if it's because I'm gullible and I tend to think the best in people, but I knew Circe was gonna be good-ish in the end. (AND REALLY, REBEL ANGELS, I FIGURED MISS MORE WAS SARAH REES-TOOME WITHIN, LIKE, 200 PAGES OF THE BOOK, IT WAS KIND OF OBVIOUS.)

Anyway. Awesome books. Even though I wanted to punch Gemma in the face a few times.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO LOOK AT MY NEW MOOD THEME BECAUSE IT'S TOTALLY AWESOME.

September will be an awesome month.
Minus the fact that school starts. But I have easy classes this semester,  so I'm kind-of okay. BUT ANYWAYZ -

On the 11th I'm going to see ~CINEMATIC TITANIC~ in Chicago, which will be awesome x3.
On the 15th ~REGINA SPEKTOR~ is going to be in Allegan, and if I don't go I may blow my head off.
On the 19th I'm going to ~CEDAR POINT~! Which is SO TOTALLY AWESOME. I don't think I'm going to Michigan's Adventure now. But that's okay, because Cedar Point is 10x more awesomer!!!

I think more is going on.
But that's all that I'm excited about.

So, watching Snow White last night made me realize - it's a really depressing/scary movie.

Scary: Okay, this big creepy guy with unfortunate hair was going to KILL HER. And had to bring back HER HEART in a CASE which the Queen KEPT when he brought back the pig-heart. (Which makes me sad for that pig, but I guess I'd rather have had him kill a pig then Snow White.) When the queen was making the potions. And overall the witch was a major creeper. I don't know how I watched it as a kid.

Depressing: She eats the apple. You see her sort of kind of die (that arm falling. It's really sad. I feel like it would have been better to see her the whole time then just see her arm.) The funeral in the house. I mean, that's really the most depressing thing. And then the fact that she was dead for months. And I'd be more terrified then happy if I saw her wake up after that long of a time.

But, anyway, yeah. Very emotional movie.

Gettin' my ID and schedule today. Ugh. That means it's officially back-to-school time which is depressing, because now I realize I only have TWO WEEKS LEFT OF SUMMER. And what have I done with the other ten? NOTHING. Which makes me more depressed.

I got my bathing suit today at least. MICHIGAN'S ADVENTURE SOON, PLZ?

So, all summer I have not had a bathing suit. 
I KNOW. It's been a very boring summer. The boringest.

Yesterday I was all, "Okay. This is enough. I need a bathing suit." (Besides, I was going to my cousins and they have a pool, and I'm going to Michigan's Adventure in a couple weeks, I think. Either that or Cedar Point in October for Halloweekends. We're only thinking about October because NO ONE goes in October, so the lines won't be three hours long.) So, my mommy and I went to Meijer and they didn't have any. Then we went to Target, and all they have are bikinis and skanky stuff or tankinis in a size small which I am definitaly not. (But I got a maxi-dress!!) 
So, I realized, if I am attempting to buy a swimsuit in the middle of August, I have to buy online. So I am. And Target.com has some cute (not to mention cheap) ones. And I found one!! It's black & white plaid, with bright red straps. It's really cute. My mommy is ordering it today. So hopefully that'll mean Michigan's Adventure soon!!! Although I kind of want to go to Cedar Point. Oh well. I'd be fine with either. Michigan's Adventure has an amazing waterpark and a few good rollah coasters (not to mention it's 2 parks for the price of 1- FUN! FUN! $25 a ticket. And I would pay $35 for that waterpark alone.) But Cedar Point has a BUNCH of AMAZING roller coasters. So, yeah. Michigan's Adventure is the 2nd best thing. And the fair is the 3rd.

AND THE NANNY IS ON NICK @ NITE FOR FOUR HOURS EVERY DAY!!!!!! From 11-3am. I watch it all. Every night. I completely forgot how much I love that show and how funny it is. I think it's my new favorite show. In all honesty. It's awesome.

Er, not that much to say other than that. As I've said, boringest summer.

DREAM TIME!
Because I have nothing else to write about. And I liked them. Except the first one. That one was kind of scary. And they're both fandom related. Which I love. =)

Okay, so, in the first dream, instead of Harry Potter being the "Chosen One" apparently I was because Voldemort kept chasing me around. Well, the first time he came to me, he was at my house and he was all, "aaaahhrrrgg I need to kill you!! You've been warned!" So then I was really terrified and I was all, "I'll just go to sleep and when I wake up this would have never happened!" So I went to sleep and when I woke up the next morning I asked my mom if everything that happened yesterday was true and she said yes so I started having panic attacks.  Then, we were at some resteraunt and when I was walking inside he came back and said, "are you ready??" And I was all, "No! No! Wait! My wand! It's broken! Wait until I fix it!" So he did (which was very generous of him, to honest. If this were real (or, in the books) he probably would have just killed me.) And, apparently my wand was a pencil. And the definition of it being broken was that the led broke. So, I asked the waiter at the resteraunt if he had a pencil sharpener and he said "yes". So I waited. And then Voldy came in again except his face was all wrapped up like he was a burn victim or something, (probably because he was in a public muggle resteraunt and he wanted to hide the fact that he was gray and had no nose. In fact, he looked like Chuck's dad. After Ned re-alived him. And they covered him up because of his corpse face.) and he was wearing a red jogging suit (which was weird, but rather colorful for him) and he was just watching over me. And then the waiter came back with a pencil sharpener. So I sharpened it. And to make sure it worked I kept yelling, "STUPEFY!" but I was pointing it to the ground so nothing happened and that spell is kind of dangerous, so I tried "lumos" and that worked fine, except I didn't know a way to make it un-light again. So I just kept shaking it and the led broke again. Then Voldy-Voldy-Voldy-Voldemort came back to me and said "It is time!" And I was all "NO! My wand is broken AGAIN! PLEASSEEE!!! And even if I DID have my wand, why do you have to kill me? Life's goin' fine with both of us still here! Come on!" And then he let me sharpen my wand again. And I did except it got all messed up so when I tried saying "lumos" again it lited a little and then it faded. And then I woke up.
But seriously, it was TERRIFYING. I saw HPB again yesterday, and it changed it COMPLETELY. I was all, "I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL HARRY!!" Except maybe to a lesser extent. And the fact that he wasn't in a near-death situation involving Voldy. But I wanted to poke that little Tommy Riddle in the eye with a pencil, I'll tell ya that.

And my dream last night.
It was Pushing Daisies. It was a new episode. And Ned had a kid. And it was cute. And he told us a story about his kid. And apparently the kid was a baby which was weird because Chuck didn't seem angry about it at all, but, whatevs.
And that was basically it. Except everyone was all, "we didn't know there was going to be another episode! But this wasn't on the season 2 DVD! We'll never get this episode on DVD!" Yep.
It was actually an amazing dream. When I woke up, for a few moments I thought Pushing Daisies was picked up. And then I realized it was a dream. And then I was sad. =(

Err...yep. I'm going out to eat with my grandma and grandpa later. So I should go get ready for that.
 

Today shall be a grand day.

HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE IS COMING OUT. Jenni said it was disappointing. That's not good. I mean, I know it won't be as good as the book, but it'll be good, right? I don't know. I'm gonna go in not expecting much, so maybe that'll make it better if it really is disappointing? I hope.
EDIT: NOT DISAPPOINTING AT ALL! Well, mostly. I thought it was GREAT! And it was really funny. "HARRY!" "SSIIRRR!!" and Dumbledore with the knitting book. Shannon, "He took a knitting book! That was funny! No one laughed!!" Seriously, people were laughing at the dumb stuff and during the funny stuff no one was laughing. Geez.

NARNIA STARTS FILMING TODAY!!! It's been over a year since PC came out!!! And Narnia's been so whacked up this past year. With Disney dropping it (WHO THE HECK DROPS NARNIA???) and them having to get a new director AND a new production company. Then changing the film dates four freaking times. Do you realize that if they began filming in October when they were supposed to, this movie would already be made? And it would most likely come out THIS YEAR??? Yeah. Even JANUARY would be okay. But, at least it's being made, right? And am I the only one who never lost faith that it would be made? Because I never once thought it wouldn't, I was just wondering when the heck they actually will. And now they are!! And now I'm trying to remember when the Prince Caspian pictures were released, and I remember (I'm going to cut the story short) that it was a little later than a year before, SO THAT MEANS PICTURES MAY BE OUT AROUND JANUARY. OR FEBRUARY. THAT'S NOT THAT FAR AWAY, GUYS!!

Let's just hope Skandar has more than 10 lines this time.

OH MY GOSH MY SCREEN KEEPS BLINKING PINK I AM GETTING A HEADACHE.

So, I'm re-reading Deathly Hallows, but the British version, which I was told was a little different, but it's not at all except for the fact that the chapters have no pictures and the cover picture is creepy.

And WTF is 'wizard rock'? Lol. I'm curious. So I'm downloading bunches of these songs. I can't wait.

AND REGINA SPEKTOR'S NEW CD COMES OUT IN LESS THAN A MOONNTH!!! Her new singles that are out are AMAZING. Especially 'Laughing With'. AND OMG 'DANCE ANTHEM OF THE 80S' IS ON IT. It's gonna be great.

I'm also reading The Host. Which is not as great as Twilight. It's...weird. The plot is. But it's definitaly a good read.

PUSHING DAISIES WAS ON. TODAY. IT WAS. IT WAS AN AMAZING EPISODE. It may have been from the fact that I haven't seen new episodes of it in 5 months or the fact that I'm a big Ned/Olive fan. Either way, I totally miss this show so much. I'm still holding on hope that it'll come back someday. OR AT LEAST that they actually do make a movie. Because that would be AWESOME.

And I have to write an epic for English. Starring me. And I have to have a Greek god in it. Which I know nothing about because, personally, I think The Odyssey is really boring. But, besides that, my plot is AWESOME. Let's just say ALADDIN is in it. And MST3k. Yeah. It'll be amazing.

I finally found the first HP book. It's kind of boring. I don't know if it's because of the fact that I've read the rest of the books or if it's just boring, but...yeah. It's kind of a wonder it got so popular with the first book being boring. Because who besides me reads the second book first??

Um...LAND OF THE LOST. THE MOVIE. LOOKS AWESOME. Anna Friel, Will Ferrell AND Jorma Taccone??? Amazing. I saw the show though. On the Sci-Fi channel because it was a marathon to promote the movie. It's kind of lame. Really lame.

Well, yeah. I guess that's it.

Well, I don't think the Deathly Hallows ending was very good.
Well, it WAS. But they didn't really describe how EVERYONE was 19 years later.
I wanted to know where Luna ended up. And how George has been taking the death of his TWIN SLASH BESTESTIEST FRIEND.

I think Harry named is kid a dumb name. "Albus Severus". If I were Ginny I would NOT let Harry name my child that.
